MR BARRY LEE

Mr. Lee has more than 30 years experience in the field of Accounting, Auditing, Financial management, CFO services, M&A and Fund raising activities.

Through operating his own advisory and consulting business, Mr Lee is providing services on financial management, CFO services, M&A and Fund raising services to private and listed companies in Hong Kong and China. Mr. Lee is currently acting as an Independent Non Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman for a Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board listed company engaging in life science and financing services. He is also the chief consultant for a number of rehabilitation and therapy projects in the healthcare industry in China.

Prior to that, Mr. Lee worked as the CFO of a number enterprise groups in the gas & mineral resources, child education & therapy, advertising industries by helping those businesses listing in Hong Kong and Singapore Stock Exchanges through IPO or RTO exercises.

Prior to working as enterprises CFO, Mr. Lee worked in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Tianjin for more than 10 years. He participated and was in charge of various services including company audits, Hong Kong & US IPO as well as providing due diligence review and internal control implementation services etc. His clients involved various industries in the area of manufacturing, retail, Hi-tech, TMT, energy, health and education etc.

Apart from services provided in the financial management and fund raising fields, Mr. Lee also involves in helping Chinese enterprises sourcing energy and resources products internationally as well as advising on related deal structure and financing matters. Mr. Lee also helps foreign enterprises to market their products to China and provide advises on deal structures and financing solutions.

Mr. Lee is a fellow member of the Charted Association of Certified Accountant in UK and was graduated from University in Hong Kong.
