MR PHILIP CHEN WEIYU

Mr. Philip Chen Weiyu was a partner accountant and general manager of Deloitte Taiwan. In 1979, he obtained his MBA degree, American accountant certificate and relevant certificates of securities and futures, then joined Deloitte Taiwan until 2012. He joined the futures group in drafting the relevant measures for the administration of futures trading from 1981 to 1982. His main expertise is in financial advisory services, including M&A, fundraising, financing, joint venture, BOT / BOO / OT advisory services.
